Without Warning

Can you think of a single reason a rock band shouldn’t have a kick ass logo. Neither can I… That’s why when my Friend Megan asked me to design something for her band that plays cover songs of the heavy rocking bands of the 70′s & 80′s I jumped at the chance. As we all know, that era was the “age of excess.” over the top shows, Metal, screaming guitars etc. The mention of if evokes images in ones mind. This said, I wanted to create something that without even reading the name, you would just “Get IT”. The metal Double W design with blades descending the flanks, evokes memories of screaming guitars, Marshall amps cranked to 10 ala Screaming for Vengeance, VanHalen, Kiss etc…
